Managed print model devices are exclusively available through office equipment dealers who partner with the manufacturer and promise enhanced security and reduced aftermarket to include service.

The big six manufactures of these devices are Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Toshiba, Sharp and Konica Minolta. In recent years, manufactures like Lexmark and HP have entered with machines as well.
These devices are generally leased.
