Our award-winning Service Department has over 40 technicians who cover the Louisville, Lexington, Elizabethtown and Eastern Kentucky areas. We recently upgraded our Ricoh. Matt Carter came to our office a couple times for servicing our old machine, and I was so impressed I requested him for the new installation. He is very professional; friendly; super informed/knowledgeable about what he's doing. We had a slight issue with faxing...he came back twice and got that issue resolved! I'd request him for every service call if I could. Also Corey Cooper (sales) has been very responsive and patient when I didn't understand something. It's only been a couple days, but it's already so much better for our office. This is a great team! Thank you 🙂

Steven Brangers and Steven Anderson are WONDERFUL! Getting our new copier was a very quick and easy process. When it was delivered, the gentleman who set the new copier up actually took the time to train my entire staff on how to use the new machine. We had several questions a few days after it was delivered, and the technician came back out and was happy to help up us. Steven Brangers sold us our new copier and was spectacular and stayed in constant contact with me about the quotes that were drafted for me and when we finally picked a new copier, he made sure that we knew what was going on with delivery every step of the way. I had a billing question and Steven Anderson was WONDERFUL to work with! I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with this company. If you ever need a new copier, Duplicator Sales & Service is the company to use! You won't be sorry that you did!!

I worked there for 26 years. Being a Family Owned business. They always made you feel like a part of the Family. They take good care of their employees, and customers alike. So when my next adventure needed a copier. I knew who to call. Have not needed any service on this copier yet, but needed toner for the first time and just like most, waited till it ran out and didn't have any replacements. Called up Brian and less than 24hrs, it was at my doorstep. Twice have needed IT help on scanning. The Helpdesk is very knowledgeable and knows their stuff. Even though some may say I might get some special treatment, in my experience for all those years, every customer got that treatment.
