Duplicator Sales and Service
A Legacy of Trust, Service, and Craftsmanship
Duplicator Sales and Service was built on a simple belief: when you take care of customers, everything else follows. From the beginning, our company has focused on doing what is right, working hard, and earning trust through consistent service and quality workmanship.
Founded on Principle
Our story begins with our founder, Harry M. Nash, whose values shaped the company long before office technology became as complex as it is today. Harry believed that success was not something a company could demand—it had to be earned through integrity, accountability, and genuine care for customers and employees alike.
One of his guiding beliefs was simple and direct: ” I don’t pay anybody. Our customers pay all of us! So, we work very hard at total customer satisfaction.” Our customers make our work possible, and serving them well is a responsibility, not a transaction. That philosophy became the foundation for how Duplicator Sales and Service approaches every relationship.
Growing with Kentucky Businesses
As Kentucky businesses evolved, so did we. What began as a focus on print and duplication grew into a broader commitment to helping organizations manage documents, information, and technology more effectively. Throughout that growth, our priority never changed—provide dependable solutions backed by responsive local service.
Today, Duplicator Sales and Service supports businesses across Kentucky with copier and printer solutions, managed print services, and managed IT—while maintaining the same hands‑on, relationship‑driven approach that defined our early years.
Family-Owned. Locally Driven.
As a family-owned company, we understand the value of long-term thinking. Decisions are made with people in mind—our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve. That perspective allows us to invest in service quality, training, and relationships rather than chasing short-term wins.
With multiple locations across Kentucky, (Louisville, Lexington, Elizabethtown, Paducah, and London) our team remains deeply connected to the businesses and organizations we support. When customers call, they reach people who know their environment, their challenges, and the importance of getting it right the first time.
Values That Still Guide Us Today
The values established by Harry M. Nash continue to guide Duplicator Sales and Service today. Trust in God, honesty, integrity, and pride in workmanship are not slogans—they are expectations that shape how we serve our customers and support one another as a team.
While technology continues to change, our foundation remains the same. We believe that strong values create strong partnerships, and that doing the right thing—especially when it takes extra effort—is what builds lasting success.
Looking Ahead
As we look to the future, Duplicator Sales and Service remains committed to helping Kentucky businesses work smarter, communicate better, and operate more efficiently. We continue to invest in technology, people, and processes—guided by the same principles that shaped our beginnings.
Our story is still being written, alongside the customers and communities we are proud to serve.
