Staying true to these values has kept our business on track and running successfully since 1955, and has even seen us launch additional businesses to meet the needs of emerging markets and industries.

History

Duplicator Sales & Service, launched in May 1959, remains a family-owned business to this day. Our first office opened in Louisville, KY with a single technician. Over the years, we have grown to open additional locations in Elizabethtown (1980) Lexington (1991), and Paducah (2021) and we have more than 40 technicians to serve our customers in Louisville, Elizabethtown, Lexington, London, Paducah, and Southern Indiana.

Beginning in 1973, we added our professional printing businesses, Derby City Lithographing, then Fast Track Copy and Creative Services came along in 1996 to meet the high volume, high-quality printing needs of our customers in the Kentuckiana business community.

In 2016, Duplicator Sales and Service, acquired Corporate Mailing Systems so that we could extend our knowledge and products for our customers, in the mail and print industry. Our Corporate Mailing Systems division is dedicated to helping your business grow with a wide variety of mailroom, digital, and shipping solutions to fit your business needs.

Throughout the years, Duplicator Sales & Service has kept up with the ever-changing and always improving technology. We now offer document management, networking services, IT support and our product line includes copiers, duplicators, printers, wide formats, fax and mailing solutions.

Since 1959, Duplicator Sales & Service’s accomplished sales force, with an average tenure of 25 years in the industry, provides solutions to your document needs. Whether it’s copying, scanning, printing, faxing or document management, a representative from our seasoned sales division will be of service to you before, during and after the sale.

Service Team

Our award-winning Service Department has over 40 technicians who cover the Louisville, Lexington, Elizabethtown and Eastern Kentucky areas. With an average tenure of 18 years expertise in the field, our team of technicians is dedicated to providing 100% satisfaction to our client base. With our broad experience, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. Our friendly and skilled service representatives pride themselves in delivering quick response time and stand by their motto of “fix it right the first time.”

Steven Brangers and Steven Anderson are WONDERFUL! Getting our new copier was a very quick and easy process. When it was delivered, the gentleman who set the new copier up actually took the time to train my entire staff on how to use the new machine. We had several questions a few days after it was delivered, and the technician came back out and was happy to help up us. Steven Brangers sold us our new copier and was spectacular and stayed in constant contact with me about the quotes that were drafted for me and when we finally picked a new copier, he made sure that we knew what was going on with delivery every step of the way. I had a billing question and Steven Anderson was WONDERFUL to work with! I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with this company. If you ever need a new copier, Duplicator Sales & Service is the company to use! You won't be sorry that you did!!

I worked there for 26 years. Being a Family Owned business. They always made you feel like a part of the Family. They take good care of their employees, and customers alike. So when my next adventure needed a copier. I knew who to call. Have not needed any service on this copier yet, but needed toner for the first time and just like most, waited till it ran out and didn't have any replacements. Called up Brian and less than 24hrs, it was at my doorstep. Twice have needed IT help on scanning. The Helpdesk is very knowledgeable and knows their stuff. Even though some may say I might get some special treatment, in my experience for all those years, every customer got that treatment.
